Barkley
Barkley is being fostered in Portage, MI.

Barkley is a 2 yr old cattledog blend. He is very smart and wants to please you. He quickly learned leash and walking manners with an Easy Walk halter. He knows sit, shake and wait. Barkley is active and would do best with an active family. He is good with other dogs and kids. He wants to bark at and chase cats, so he may not be a good fit for a cat family. Barkley is crate trained, utd on shots, flea meds, heartworm meds and he is neutered. Barkley would be a great addition to any active family. And lastly, a fenced in yard is preferred so that Barkley gets to run and play safely. |
Badger

Badger is a calm little puppy but will get energetic when playing with other dogs or another human! He is 6 months old and weighs 30 lbs. He is very cuddly and has a little whine he does when he wants more attention from you. He is crate trained, house trained, leash trained and knows down/sit! He is very good motivated to do anything you want him to do. He plays with other cats but is still learning how to play. Badger will be adopted out neutered. He will be neutered at the end of this month. Badger is being fostered in Indianapolis, IN. |

Aurora
ADOPTED!!!!!

Aurora was abandoned when she was just 6 weeks old and weighing 2 lbs. Aurora was found dumped on an abandoned lot in April. She was anemic, dehydrated, malnourished, and infested with fleas and intestinal parasites. Her eyes were also so badly infected that her rescuer thought she was blind. Happily, little Aurora has made a full recovery. She is now over 3 months old, healthy at 14 lbs and full of spunky puppy energy. She loves to play with kids and other dogs and especially enjoys time outside in the grass and sunshine. Aurora's foster is working on getting her kennel trained.
Aurora will be adopted out with a spay contract and her adoption fee will include a refundable deposit of $100. Once Aurora is spayed and the rescue has received proof of surgery, the deposit will be refunded. |
MAX

Max is a brindle English Bulldog who is 7 to 8 years old and weighs 65 lbs. He is a super lover, cuddler and is very relaxed. His favorite thing to do is eat, sleep and cuddle. Max will need a forever home without young children. He is fully house trained. He gets along with all dogs and all cats. If you are looking for an active bulldog, Max is NOT the one. He prefers to spend his days loving on you and sleeping. Max has arthritis, allergies and dry eye and will need regular medication to help him deal with those conditions. He will also need regular ear medication to help with ear infections. If you know the breed, you also know these conditions are typical on bulldogs. We are in search of a family who has experience with the breed and their needs. He is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and is fully vaccinated. |
